Great Mexican flavors with lots of vegan options. No reason to worry about lard or dairy. They know what they are doing here. The guacamole is delicious and fresh, and they make a wicked enchilada and burrito with eggplant. No loss without the dairy. It tastes soooo creamy. Go try for yourself. It's very affordable, and often busy, which shows they have a devoted clientelle.

Wow!! Wild Rice has a vegan menu now! Located on Pender and Carrall, right near Tinsel town, this is one of my favority restaurants. And now...they have a vegan menu. Bliss!! I never have to second guess the server again. Just make sure to request the vegan option of the dish you're ordering. The food is great, and the kitchen is open LATE at this modern Chinese Fusion restaurant that boasts a large variety of vegan options!! I love this place, and it's not over-priced at all.

Not a veggie restaurant, but has a few veggie and vegan options on the menu. Very knowledgable servers and kitchen staff - even hip to the honey-thing for vegans. Kitchen open til 12:45am Tuesdays thru Saturday, and 11:30pm on Sundays and Mondays. Not cheap, but not super expensive either. Worth a visit!
