Based on the last poll I sent out a month ago, it appears everyone wants to come out on Saturday instead of during the week which is excellent. So that being said, I have changed our monthly meetup date to be the Last Saturday of the month, location changing every month.

I am running out of Vegan restaurants which are of high quality, so if you know any which have a great ambience and tasty food let me know so we can all enjoy at our next meetup.

So the next place we are heading to is Yogi's Vegetarian, on Saturday, October 29th, at 7pm.

The last meetup had a 200% increase in attendance which was a true suprise. It seems we are finally gaining some momentum and I look forward to seeing us grow into a great community!

Also, I had quite a few emails about the fact nobody signed up on the Vegan meetup. It's worth noting that I organize both the VanVeg - Vancouver Vegans meetup AND the VanVeg - Vancouver Vegetarians meetup, and they are scheduled for the same day of the week. That being said, if you don't see anyone on the Vegan meetup list, there are likely quite a few on the Vegetarian.
